Vishay introduces PLTT precision high temperature film chip resistors

     Vishay Intertechnology has announced that its precision PLTT high temperature resistant film chip resistors are now available in AEC-Q200 automotive qualified 0603 housing sizes. Extending conventional chip resistors to more than 100°C, the Vishay Dell Thin Film PLTT 0603 has a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +230°C, low absolute TCR as low as ±5ppm /°C, and laser fine tuning tolerance as low as ± 0.02%.

     With a 0.5% ppm film stable at 175 ° C and performance characteristics for 2000 hours at 50% of rated power, today's released resistors are optimized for high temperature automotive environments such as exhaust detection in order to compensate for the low noise required for single signal processing in low offset and temperature drift.
