ECS 'ECS-3215MV-327KE HCMOS oscillator comes in a 2.0mm x 1.2mm x 0.85mm ceramic package that provides MultiVolt functionality. These electronic components provide a frequency of 32.768 kHz, frequency stability of ±10 ppm, and low current consumption of 0.5 μA in the standard industrial operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
The ECS-2012MV-327KE belongs to the ECS MultiVolt oscillator family, designed to operate in a variable voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V or on a standard 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.0V or 3.3V power supply.
