Texas Instruments extended 32-bit microcontroller

Texas Instruments TMS320F280013x 32-bit microcontroller (mcu) is a member of the C2000 family of real-time microcontrollers, which are scalable ultra-low delay devices designed for the efficiency of power electronics devices. The real-time control subsystem is based on TI's 32-bit C28x DSP core and provides 120MHz signal processing performance for floating-point or fixed-point code running from on-chip flash or SRAM. The trigonometry Unit (TMU) further improves the performance of the C28x CPU and speeds up common algorithms for real-time control systems.

 The Texas Instruments TMS320F280013x supports flash memory of up to 256KB (128KW), and on-chip SRAM of up to 36KB (18KW) can also be used to supplement flash memory. High performance analog modules are integrated into the F280013x real-time microcontroller (MCU) and are tightly coupled to the processing and PWM units to provide optimal real-time signal chain performance. Fourteen PWM channels enable control of a variety of power levels, from three-phase inverters to power factor correction and other advanced multistage power topologies.
