NXP launches Rapid iot Prototype Suite to help innovators create iot proof-of-concept designs

     NXP announced a new Rapid IoT prototype suite to ease innovators' path to Internet of Things (IoT) application development. Designed to ensure safety and ease of use, this energy-efficient prototype solution greatly simplifies the development of proof-of-concept (PoC) iot edge nodes for consumer, commercial and industrial markets.

     The Rapid iot Prototype Suite accelerates the three-stage process of typical PoC development and helps even non-traditional technology innovators quickly and easily complete PoC ideas for iot. It combines optimized hardware design with trusted and secure pre-programming applications and can be put into operation within minutes. The suite is extensible through docking stations and the MikroElektronika Click board™ family, allowing you to create a wide range of different applications almost without restriction.

     The Rapid IoT Prototype suite is designed with GUI-based drag-and-drop programming from Atmosphere IoT, making it easy for innovators with no embedded programming experience to create their own applications. Students and hobbyists, developers, platform providers, and engineers at startups or large enterprises can take advantage of this user-friendly development environment to reduce design time.
