Double operational amplifier, double comparator

The LM613 consists of a dual operational amplifier, a dual comparator, and a programmable reference voltage in a 16-pin package. Op-amps are superior to most single-power op-amps by providing higher speeds and bandwidths as well as lower supply currents.The LM613 is a space-saving alternative to single-chip multi-chip solutions, providing a high level of integration without sacrificing performance.

The device is specifically designed to reduce cost and board space requirements in sensor, test, measurement and data acquisition systems. Combining a stable voltage reference with a wide output swing op-amp makes the LM613 ideal for single-power sensors, signal conditioning and bridge drives, where large common-mode signals are common.

The voltage reference consists of a reliable band-gap design that maintains a low dynamic output impedance (typical for 1Ω), excellent initial tolerance (0.6%), and the ability to program from 1.2V to 6.3V through two external resistors. Even when driving a large volume load, the reference voltage is very stable, which is often encountered in CMOS data acquisition systems.
