Diodes high frequency high voltage side and low voltage side grid drivers

Diodes DGD05473 High frequency gate drivers support driving N-channel MOSFET floating high voltage side drivers at voltage ratings up to 50 V. Device logic inputs are compatible with standard TTL and CMOS levels (as low as 3.3V) for easy connection to MCU. The UVLO on the high voltage side and low voltage side protects the MOSFET from power loss.

To protect the MOSFETs, the cross-conduction prevention logic prevents the HO and LO outputs from being turned on at the same time. Fast and well-matched propagation delays allow for higher switching frequencies, resulting in smaller, more compact power switch designs with smaller associated components. To minimize space footprint, an internal cathode loaded diode is included. The DGD05473 operates at -40°C to +125°C and is packaged in U-DFN3030-10.
