Contains two independent low power voltage comparators

The STMicroelectronics LM2903B contains two independent low-power voltage comparators specifically designed for use with a single power supply over a wide voltage range. It is fully specified to use 5 V and 36 V supply voltages; However, it can also be operated using a split power supply. In addition, the device has the unique property that the input common-mode voltage range includes the negative rail, even when powered by a single supply voltage
