Ams AG, a leading supplier of high-performance analog ics and sensors, announced that its foundry business unit has launched sensor technology optimized for iot applications, providing foundry customers with a complete set of tools for developing advanced sensor solutions to meet the rapidly evolving needs of today's electronics industry.
Today's market trends such as the Internet of Things (IoT), wearables, Industry 4.0, and smart cities will fully drive the growth of the global semiconductor business and innovation in microelectronics. Emerging transmission and sensor solutions will lead to a variety of new products, and bring unlimited business opportunities for existing businesses and start-ups.
Ams foundry services not only provide a complete range of PDK and IP module products and advanced process technology, but also have product quality inspection and supply chain management capabilities to help customers develop advanced solutions for different fields. Such as environmental monitoring, infrastructure construction, energy management, factory and home automation, transportation, wearable devices, medical and health monitoring systems.
