32-bit microcontroller based on Arm Cortex-M0 cpu

Nuvoton's nummicro M032 family is a 32-bit microcontroller based on an Arm Cortex-M0 cpu with a 32-bit hardware multiplier/divider. They feature operating voltages of 1.8 V to 3.6 V, 5 V I/O tolerances, and up to 48/72 MHz in the range -40°C to +105°C. The M032 series provides a comprehensive solution for crystallotless USB applications requiring 1.8V interface connectivity, featuring enhanced fast 2 MSPS conversion rate 12-bit ADCs, comparators and up to 24-ch 96/144 MHz PWM control.

These provide fast and accurate data conversion for voltage, current, and sensor data, and then fast response control for external devices. In addition, the M032 series also offers peripherals, including the Universal Serial Control Interface (USCI), which can be flexibly set to UART/SPI/I²C, up to 10 groups of UART, 4 groups of SPI, 4 groups of I²C and 1-wire UART interface for data communication between the main and auxiliary devices.

The M032 series offers Flash sizes of 32 KB to 512 KB and SRAM sizes of 4 KB to 96 KB. Supported packages range from small sizes tsop20, tsop28, QFN33, LQFP48 to LQFP64 and LQFP128, with pin compatibility for different part numbers, making system design and part changes easy.

The M032 series component numbering is enhanced with the crystal-less USB 2.0 Full speed device feature for USB-related applications. For development, Nuvoton offers the NuMaker Evaluation Board and the Nuvoton Nu-Link debugger. Support for third-party ides such as Keil MDK, IAR EWARM, Eclipse IDE with GNU GCC compiler, etc.
