This extends the life of applications powered by internal batteries, such as electronic shelf labels, and helps extend the working time of smartphones and other devices equipped with rechargeable batteries. At the same time, this low current consumption does not change in the temperature range of -40 ° C to +105 ° C, even in environments with external temperature fluctuations (including fire alarms and environmental sensors), it can also achieve stable low-power operation.

     Other performance enhancements include a 45% reduction in the input offset voltage to only 0.55mV(Max). Ta=25C) higher than the general small current op amp, while ensuring the maximum input bias voltage temperature drift of 7V/C. This allows high-precision amplification of the sensor signal. The device can operate in the supply voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V and provides rail-to-rail input/output, making it ideal for a variety of industrial equipment and consumer market applications. Its new operational amplifier also complies with the automotive reliability standard AEC-Q100, ensuring stable operation without compromising functionality even in harsh conditions, such as in the cabin of a car.

     In addition to the various technical documents required for circuit design and SPICE models for simulation, which are freely available on the company's website, the device can also be used with ROHM solution simulators to speed time to market.
